I ordered a suit online for a last minute funeral. Something got messed up and I was told that it wouldn’t get to me in time. When I went into the Toledo store the manager went above and beyond to help me get fitted and into a similar suit the same day. 10/10 would recommend. Friendly and helpful staff and a full selection of options!

Just had a top notch experience! Came in the store in a pickle, needing a ring bearer suit for my 10 year old and something for my husband for this weekend (not a lot of time). Nick was patient and kind and beyond helpful getting exactly what we needed! So thankful for an overall great experience.

recently I had the pleasure of visiting Men's Wearhouse and wanted to share my positive experience. Despite the passing of time, The law of diminishing intent holds no authority in the arena of enthusiasm to commend their exceptional service remains as strong as ever." My recent visit to Men's Wearhouse and the remarkable service I received from Erin has left a lasting impression. Despite the busyness of the store, Erin's expertise and dedication shone through. It was evident that she was not just an employee, but a "migraine manager," effortlessly ensuring a headache-free shopping experience. From the moment I stepped in, Erin's commitment to providing top-notch, excellent service was transparent. Her knowledge of the products and ability to find the perfect sizes made the process “seamless”.Dealing with her was a true delight, and I highly recommend Men's Wearhouse not only for their quality products but also for their amazing staff. Overall, a 10/10 experience. Thank you, Erin, for making my visit so enjoyable! M.F Jones Jaime

Erin saves the day! What a great experience. We were amazed at the helpfulness and speediness of Erin and the team as they altered and helped pick out the right colors to put this together. Fantastic!

They were very knowledgeable about what I needed for a full suit. I had no experience getting a suit before and they were very patient with me. They explained everything in detail and even helped me match up the perfect look.

A very good experience with Owen who helped my husband get his first suit in 28 years! He gave us all of the options and let us decide. Very personable young man.
